Safe Deposit Boxes

Independence Bank offers multiple sizes of safe deposit boxes for your convenience.* We offer competitive rates and our safe deposit box rentals are charged annually.

Money Orders

Available in amounts up to $250.

Cashier's Checks

A Cashier’s Check is drawn by Independence Bank on available funds from a customer’s account and made payable to another person or entity. Cashier’s Checks can be in any amount.

Wire Transfers

Independence Bank processes wire transfers, both incoming and outgoing. Foreign drafts and wires are also available for IB customers.

Reorder Checks

You can reorder checks by phone or in person at any Independence Bank location. The process is simple and you will receive your checks in 7-10 business days.

Overdraft Coverage

Make overdraft fees a thing of the past. Independence Bank has two options to help protect you against the embarrassment and costs associated with overdrawing your account.

Savings Account Funds Transfer

The automatic transfer option allows you to transfer money from a savings account at Independence Bank into your checking account if the balance is low. You use your own money to be sure you don't overdraw your accounts.

Security Reserve

Security Reserve is a revolving overdraft line of credit that is tied to your checking account and is automatically advanced when your account is overdrawn. Security Reserve is a loan product which requires a separate application process, assesses interest charges when advanced upon and, like any loan product, is based upon approved credit qualifications.
